"The pickup experience was smooth—fast and accurate, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the food didn't meet my expectations. The drink I ordered, the Cocoa Cream Wow, tasted very plain and lacked flavor. The Dubai Chocolate Strawberry also didn’t live up to the nearly $20 price tag. While the fruit was fresh, the portion size felt small for the cost. I came in with high expectations based on the reviews, so I was pretty disappointed overall. It’s possible it just came down to who prepared the items that day, and maybe there are better options on the menu, but based on this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning."
