"Really fresh 1/2 Dozen (6) Bagels. Toasted and sliced. The stores toaster was on lower setting and didn't change color or add texture at all. The insides were actually light and airy, not a heavy dough mass like everyone else's bagels and I could see the argument that they didn't need toasting at all. But I think my preference would be to leave them out for a day - I like a dark toast on the inside of a bagel, just before carbonation tbh. That's a personal preference though. I scraped the Bagel w/ Nova Lox and retoasted it heavily put it all together again and it was lovely. My mother had the BLT and enjoyed it , and the egg salad sandwich was delicious as well."
