The large fries that came with my meal were barely half-full, falling short of what one would expect. Additionally, the lack of basic essentials like a straw for my drink, as well as condiments and napkins, was a significant oversight. The quality of the food itself was also subpar. My partner’s chicken sandwich was overcooked and dry, giving the impression that it had been left under a heat lamp for far too long. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate the food quality a mere 2, which is disheartening, especially considering the cost. The entire meal, which was meant to be the only meal for the day, cost nearly $50, and the quality did not match the price. Having this meal delivered to my home added to the frustration, as we had been looking forward to a satisfying dining experience. It’s regrettable to report that our experience with Arby’s was far from satisfactory, and it’s unlikely we’ll be returning based on this encounter. "We ordered the Plant-Based Butter Chicken Pizza Twist with level 1 spicy. It was tasty, the chicken is cubed tofu but firm and spiced and the cheese was runny (to be expected with plant based) but delicious. Lots of sauce and veggies, really good. We also ordered the Plant-Based BBQ Chicken Pizza Twist which was similar but with a sweet bbq sauce, not spicy. We did the regular crust on both and it was chewy and filling. Both pizzas were great, I will be trying all of their plant based pizzas."
