Catfish Platter was advertised with choice of potato, and came with beans and coleslaw & 2 hush puppies. I chose a baked potato expecting it to have been baked today. Silly me - it arrived at least a day old (or more) in the baking process and actually wasn't even fully baked. hush puppies were burnt, no coleslaw, and the beans (advertisted as pintos - not sure, but I've never seen pintos that small). The one item saving this dish was again the catfish. Ample portion, (small tater sauce) but thank goodness for the catfish! I willl order again (just not the platter) and will chalk this up to the cook having a bad day.

"Tje chicken was like rubber like it had been sitting under a heating lamp too long. The mash potatoes and gravy were sour. The fried pickles had no batter. When I called the establishment to let them know the answering manager (male) told another manager to take the phone before he went off on the customer. This is unprofessional. If he can't handle when customers call to let them know mod an issue he shouldn't be in management or customer service. I let the next manager know Inheard him and that it was unprofessional of him. She said she would handle him after resolving my issue. I called being nice just letting them know what quality of food was received since I've never had an issue here prior, definitely did not expect a manager to be so rude."
