When I called the establishment to let them know the answering manager (male) told another manager to take the phone before he went off on the customer. This is unprofessional. If he can't handle when customers call to let them know mod an issue he shouldn't be in management or customer service. I let the next manager know Inheard him and that it was unprofessional of him. She said she would handle him after resolving my issue.
