No garlic was used, no soy sauce, no oyster sauce, no seasoning period, which makes it not an enjoyable because the flavors need to be cooked into the dish ....not simply relying on the customer to sprinkle some seasoning on top of it. As a result, there is NO chance for flavors to properly meld and compliment the ingredients thoroughly. If bland is what you need or crave, then this dish is for you; sadly, just not for me.
