The food was packaged LOOSELY & was not totally secure. Needs improvement. - The items inside were stapled...plus had a loose sticker on the brown bag which wasn't sealed tight and came off very easily ). - The food was hot upon arrival. The plastic bag it came in should have been tied together/knotted ....but it was left completely OPEN. - Unfortunately, ALL of the FOOD was VERY BLAND....not enough seasoning to truly enjoy it. - Needed more salt or soy or oyster sauce in balance...to help the flavors pop & resonate on your palate. The W75. Kung Pao Shrimp had way too many chunks of carrots in it....too much; where I felt the dish was more along the lines of "Kung Pao Carrots" instead. Not enough shrimp in the dish. Soups were just fair and needed increased seasoning for more flavor to enjoy it, which should have happened during the preparation of each item. The Crab W10 . Crab Rangoon was crispy on the edges ...BUT was way too sweet for me as I prefer it to be savory in flavor and more well balanced. The Egg W1. Egg Roll（Chicken） (1) was just fair and not a home run hit for me flavor wise. The W21. House Special Fried Rice was fair but with enhanced seasoning could have been outstanding. I would try them again down the road to see if anything has improved, but would try other menu items, rather than repeat anything from my first and original order. You should try them out for yourselves ....because we all have different palates and you and your friends & family may very well like and enjoy items prepared from this restaurant's menu."

I didn't expect it to be a large portion with 6 included, but it was exceptionally small. The 15. Combo Lo Mein (Chicken, Beef, Shrimp) looks great, came in a large portion, and it was cooked well, but it's lacking flavor. The noodles seem like they were cooked in a sauce, but the meat was unseasoned. The egg roll was really good. I'd recommend that. It was my first time ordering from here, maybe I caught them on a bad day, but if you do order from here, come into it with less than lukewarm expectations."

"Ordered the Vegetable Lo Mein(egg noodles) and one order of Spring Roll (2 Per Order). The Vegetable Lo Mein(egg noodles) is a very large portion with very fresh vegetables. However, there is NO FLAVOR to the dish. Sadly, it is entirely BLAND. No garlic was used, no soy sauce, no oyster sauce, no seasoning period, which makes it not an enjoyable because the flavors need to be cooked into the dish ....not simply relying on the customer to sprinkle some seasoning on top of it. As a result, there is NO chance for flavors to properly meld and compliment the ingredients thoroughly. If bland is what you need or crave, then this dish is for you; sadly, just not for me. The dipping sauce uplifted the Spring Roll (2 Per Order) from bland to better."

The foods are super fresh and the sushi is very affordable also. my partner enjoyed his seafood and I enjoyed my plants. 😋 only other thai place I will frequent is Suhko Thai in Rochester. Fried Las Vegas Roll (8 pcs) in my photos, but I did include a photo of that roll along with the rest of my order. I'd definitely recommend their Chicken Spring Rolls (2pcs) . They weren't soggy or greasy. They still had a good amount of crunch to them. The sauce was sweet and tangy. The sushi rolls were fresh and delicious. I'll be ordering from them again. "Usually the food is awesome here but not today... The D14. Almond Boneless Chicken was really thin and dry and hard to chew... It had a bad oil machine like taste to it... Not good... Gravy was watered down and tasteless... Rice had several hard pieces in it... This isn't what we are used to... Kinda shocked and disappointed... $14 for a tiny little amount of really bad food... Even the eggroll had a big burnt spot on it and a burnt flavor... They are obviously having a bad day."
