"Overall the food was not bad, there were a few areas needing improvement, First, The Pizzas were not cut well, and we had to tear the slices apart. Because of this, the cheese and toppings slid off the crust. Overall, the pizza sauce lacked flavor, and the crust was rather chewy like it had been reheated in a microwave. We've ordered from here many times, and it hasn't been that way for previous orders so it was a bit confusing. The Caprese had more tomatoes than slices of mozzarella, and did not come with the olive oil we had received previously. The Bavarian Pretzel was good, but the Garlic Flatbread was pretty bland, had no garlic flavor, and no dipping sauce. In terms of the desserts the Cookie Dough Mashup Cake had something in it that tasted sour, its not described on the menu so I don't know what it was. The sour taste was distracting to the overall flavor of the cake, which was otherwise okay. The Blueberry Cobbler Cream Cake was ok, not spectacular but not bad. Overall, it was very average, nothing spectacular, and a little on the pricy side for the quality we recieved. We have ordered from this restaurant multiple times in the past and those experiences were significantly better. I don't think this place is bad generally, and I wouldn't write off coming here based on this one experience, I would still generally recommend it to people, but I think they could use better quality control and consistency."

"Most appetizers aren't worth the value. Order the Botana Grande and you'll quickly discover that. The nachos and quesadilla were soggy and the cheese re-congealed. So, in the future, skip those. Both the taquitos (chicken and beef) were good. The filling was generous. But, the star of the Botana Grande was the wings. Fried to perfection, retained the flavor of chicken and not the oil it was fried in. Super plus. I also have had the bean dip and queso dips. These and the chips used as a delivery device were well seasoned. Now, the show stopper and perhaps hidden gem - the tamales! Again, generous fillings, creamy, firm masa, rich sauce. Spiced just right with a warming heat and you won't even notice that you're nose might start to drip a little toward the end of the second one. Solution, only eat one. Oh, who am I kidding? Their menu items are always consistent in taste and presentation, not to mention you can taste how clean everything is (i.e. some places, you bite into the meat and get hit with a funky smell, or you taste something else that shouldn't be in the dish; but never here!). Portion size is excellent, if not generous, and whenever there are any issues with the order that wasn't even their fault to begin with (e.g. delivery) they always make it right for the customers one way or another. I love too that their drinks aren't overly sweet like similar other restaurants. And many of the dishes are well balanced. For example, the noodle soups provide a good amount of protein and fiber, so I don't feel worse after eating. They have high respect from me and I definitely would recommend this restaurant to everyone! I just wish I had more money so I can order from them for every meal! That's how much I love this place!"

"I am a person that loves soup, so I figured I'd try out the soupery. I will say, the Chicken, Veggie, & Rice was very flavorful and one of the best "chicken noodle" type soups I've had. I must admit, I was a little let down by the Cajun Sweet Potato & Chicken - not bad, but I didn't think enough of the seasonings came through, a little overpowered by the sweet potato of it all. Also, not the best Brocco Cheddar I've ever had. I would be willing to order again and try some other options, as I know they have a robust menu/rotating selections. The Grilled Cheese was good - but the price was outlandish for 2 pieces of bread and a slice of cheese!"
