"Unfortunately our food arrived to us stone cold, which was so disappointing! The lid of the chips was wide open when it arrived (the top flap hadn't been folded so it wasn't just a case of it popping open after being closed). But we live close to the store so they wouldn't have been as cold as they were had they left the store when the order was ready to go... The dasher messaged us from the store to say they were still waiting on our food to be ready (more than enough time had passed since placing the order for it to be ready).
