"I do not understand why the Agoura Hills location of Carl's Jr has decided they are not going to serve a good percentage of Carl's Jr menu items anymore. Other other locations still serve those options. They took off every off every single chicken sandwich except for one from their doordash menu. This is stupid. We have a very large population in Agoura Hills that does not eat red meat due to personal beliefs. They also do not have the chocolate cake. I find this really weird because other because other Carl's Juniors still have chicken sandwich options and the chocolate cake. I don't know know how they stay in business. The quality of the food at this particular Carl's is horrible. They don't change the grease, and they don't use their charbroiler. The burgers taste fried. the fries always have a bitter old oil aftertaste. it's gross"

"my main issue with Agoura's Famous Deli is inconsistency. This is reflected across the board in quality, price, and preparation. They are extremely greedy. They have removed any items that were a good value, such as the deli platter, the melt trio. and the mini deli salad sandwich trio. They also do not change their cooking oil oil often enough, resulting in bitter french fries and latkes. oftentimes, when I ordered delivery orders, they purposely skimped on ingredients or prepared the food very sloppily. for example there was a small square of cheese on a large sourdough grilled cheese sandwich most of the bread was bare and had nothing else on it I had paid extra for tomato and bacon but it was sadly lacking the main ingredient. another time, in fact,two times the eggs benedict arrived with eggs that were basically hard-boiled eggs. I learned my lesson, and I do not order certain items from them anymore. quite often,the quality of the items served does not match the price tag."

I'm grateful this place exists for when you're in this neighborhood because we don't have a lot of options but the portion sizes of the meat are slightly disappointing. The Pizza is comprised of 8 very small sizes (although they charged around $25.00), with extremely extremely thin burnt crust and small layer of cheese on top. It reminded me of when I was college we would purchased little frozen cheese pizzas ffor a couple of bucks at most (because we could not afford anythig else)and microwaved them. The Caesar salad you see was also about 23.00 and just way way overpriced and basic. The sauce and beef on the pasta tastes like it was out of a can and microwaved. I cant.believe they would sell this and then on top of that charge the exhorbitant price they did. To state I am disappointed is a vast understatement!!! "
