For example, I wanted two whole wheat everything and two egg everything bagels, but there was no way to specify that. Also, they were out of my two French toast bagels and replaced them with rainbow bagels without checking with me first. I think the store should call to confirm substitutions instead of making automatic changes. It would also help to have a notes or instructions section for bulk orders to avoid confusion.
