"I placed a large order this morning and noticed a few issues. The online menu only allows you to select one of each bagel type, which made it hard to order multiples of the same kind. For example, I wanted two whole wheat everything and two egg everything bagels, but there was no way to specify that. Also, they were out of my two French toast bagels and replaced them with rainbow bagels without checking with me first. I think the store should call to confirm substitutions instead of making automatic changes. It would also help to have a notes or instructions section for bulk orders to avoid confusion. The store has this section off."

I used to live in New England and a local chain up there offered a PB Mocha, this was similar but elevated! The Breakfast Sandwich was delightful. The croissant was fresh and perfect and I loved the option to add tomato. I definitely recommend the French Toast Sticks (6 Pieces) if you have a sweet tooth. The cinnamon churro variety was very tasty and they could be enjoyed with or without the syrup! The prices are a little bit higher compared to other local options, but the quality made it worth it. Portion sizes were decent. I would definitely order again!"
