The first time I ordered, I received boneless wings along with the cinnamon apple pie I ordered. The wings were alright, had a good amount of sauce on them, and was flavorful. Fries were just okay, I received about half a to-go box of them. They were marginally crispy, just average tasting curly fries. Cinnamon apple pie was more soggy than flakey, not too far away from a box of apple turnovers you'd buy at a grocery store and leave on the counter for a few days. I still ate it. In fact, I ate the whole thing.
After reading the reviews of this ghost kitchen concept, I realized that many people may not have received the same thing I did. Comments such as overcooked, oversalted, raw, etc., made me curious. So I got the same exact order again, and I must say I'm disappointed.
For one, I received the 8 bone-in wings instead of the 11 boneless wings I had originally ordered. The quantity of sauce didn't deserve a strike. But the wings themselves were dry, a bit tough, and overcooked. Oversalted? For my taste, not really. The fries were at least crispier the second time around and I received about the same portion. That being said, I am disappointed. When I ate the bone-in wings, they reminded me a little bit of the frozen wings I had in my freezer. And then it hit me. Nothing really seemed fresh to begin with.
I ate two wings, the rest of the fries, and threw the rest away."
