"The food is good but this store regularly forgets to include one item. It's a 50/50 shot whether you get marinara sauce with your cheese sticks, I didn't get it last time. This time they gave me a Classic French Dip & Swiss without the double meat I ordered and without the au jus. Just consistently mediocre service and it's a shame, because Arby's serves good food at a steep price."
