This restaurant cares nothing about serving old food. I have received wings that were dark to the bone, as well as gizzards that were also dark and taste horrible, which to me was a definite sign of the food being too old for consumption, however, they cooked, sold and served these disgusting items with a clear conscious. The restaurant is beautiful, a good place for entertainment, drinking and gambling, but certainly not for eating. I have complained about these same issues for the last time, especially for them to do nothing to correct the issue."

The brisket didnt look like brisket it looked like chicken an tasted like it, it was also a bit salty but pretty tasty overall the meat portions arent the best it needs more meat but the flavor isnt bad. The cow Lengua / Tongue taco was very tender but needs a little more flavor. The Al pastor was my least favorite it was dry and thin pieces of meat like gyro meat in a sense but the flavor wasn't too bad. In total I had 8 tacos and they only gave 2 sauces for all of that food which is not enough for the sizes they're small cups. The rice is a different taste and the texture some of it was crunchy it's not bad I'D recommend it. The cow Lengua / Tongue I give a 7.5/10 the Al Pastor / Pork I give a 4/10 and the brisket a 6/10. "Literally the best sub shop in the world. My parents started going here when Jim opened up shop in '76 at the old location up roberts road. I have fond memories here and it's definately a generational thing in my family. Im so happy this new orland location is open, as i can get it from work now . Ive been driving to Palos from Bolingbrook for a long time for these. Pasta salad is also the best Ive ever had. Only 1 suggestion, years ago your dad used to soak these sandwiches in oil and vinegar and it was wonderful. Ive noticed since the son has taken over that there isn't much of that anymore. Your food is still terrific but it's a suggestion to going back to that ."
