"My sesame bagel was burnt. I did not order my bagel toasted, if this happened during the cooking process, it should have never made it to the floor to sell. The vegetable cream cheese Specialty Cream Cheese barely has any veggies at all. The Crumb Cake was a good size and tasted great but not worth the other disappointing food. This will probably be my last order from planet bagel. Plenty of other local bagel places have higher quality veggie cream cheese and bagels. "

The Grilled Chicken with Broccoli Rabe had its own problems. The chicken was dry and the broccoli rabe was way over-seasoned with red pepper flakes to the extent of being almost inedible.
