"Placed order for pickup, got confirmation order received & should be ready in 25-30 mins. When I arrived, staff member claimed no order was received, even after I showed her my receipt. She looked at their monitor & pressed something then asked the other staff member if they had turned off their DoorDash alerts, to which they replied no but then all of a sudden my order came through with a beep. They then said this was probably because I didn't check out properly even though I did & showed them my confirmation messages. So I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to make it. I ordered a large kebab meal but they were very skimp with the filling - have ordered from here many times but how much filling you get depends on who makes it."
