The chicken parm wasn't worth the money either. Small portion of pasta, not enough sauce to coat the pasta and 1 piece of chicken the size of a tender. The mozzarella sticks were cold, cheese was hard/didn't pull and there wasn't enough marinara sauce. Overall, waste of money and big disappointment!!! Won't be eating there again."

I had like 6 flakes of crab and some cheese thrown on top. Only one cluster of bacon bits were cooked on. The Fresh Fried Calamari also not worth it. I have never paid that price for only a small handful of over fried calamari that is sold as a shared appetizer. No thicker rings. Maybe need to just go to the restaurant for better quality. "I've heard nothing but amazing things about Kitzies, so I decided to try the Fish and Chips. This isn't a "Liked" review but there is no option for neutral. When I received my order, I was super disappointed. Not only didn't they follow the notes to include extra tarter sauce, it had NO tarter sauce. I won't eat fish without tarter sauce, so I had to run out and get some before I could eat my meal. When I finally got to eat it, the fish was fine other than being cold. It wasn't anything super special, but it was surprisingly still crispy and it was flavorful. The fries were average and the coleslaw was good. I tasted the Kids pasta which had a great flavor. I would order the regular entree size of this for myself in the future. The portion size for a kid's meal was good and it came with a drink. The only thing I'd say about the drink is that it had a safety sticker over the hole where the straw goes, BUT there was nothing keeping the dasher from just taking off the lid if they really wanted to tamper with it. I would suggest that they find a way to seal the cup better for safety reasons. "
