They said my order was still there and when I confirmed that my order had just been sitting there, he explained that they don't even fire an order until they know it can be delivered. Made sense to me, I thanked him and asked when to expect my order. It arrived shortly after and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. There was even a large cookie sitting on top of my order. I've had similar experiences through other pizza locations that could learn a lot from this. They've blamed things that were under their control, made no accommodations to make the situation right, shown attitude, and overall just handled the situation very unprofessionally. The way this was handled will certainly bring me back. Thank you."

"I can't ever say enough about Toarmina's. The pizza is worth a few extra bucks for the courier tip in my opinion. Their drivers are friendly, they make sure the order is accurate and they care about the quality of transit for my food, it's always hot and they're way across town. Love this store"
