I ordered from them a week or so ago. I order a sampler of half chicken, black beans, Peruvian rice, green sauce, white sauce, fried yuca and plantains. The chicken was AWESOME!! Some of the best I’ve had. Moist and so well spiced I couldn’t bring myself to dip them in the green or white sauce. Yuca was very good. Perfectly cooked and paired well with the sauces. Black beans, Peruvian rice, white sauce and plantains were also good. Though green sauce was not the best I’ve had, it too was good.
So, this time I decided to explore more of their menu. I got half chicken, green sauce, fried yuca red potatoes and wings. I figured wings would be just like their chicken. The chicken was AWESOME!! Green sauce and fried yuca still good. Their wings……. they were battered/breaded and fried. Nothing like their chicken. Though crunch, they had so much salt on them I thought I was eating the dead sea. I even tried green sauce on it and still I all I tasted was salt. The red potatoes were cooked well but zero flavor. Both sooooo disappointing.
