The Smith Burger was NOT cooked as requested: One burger completely overcooked, the other came with ingredients that we asked to be excluded. The beef quality was very poor, especially for a $24 burger - it tastes like processed fast-food. The Smith also took FOREVER to complete the bad order - almost 2 hours!"
