The broth, noodles, meat, and veggies all come separately so you can assemble the soup yourself for extra freshness. Just the broth is soooo flavorful and delicious all on it's own. Really good soup. I got the small size and couldn't even finish it. You can easily get two meals out of it so it's a great value too. Will definitely order pho from here again. "
