It was delicious. There was more than enough to make 5 of them. The plum sauce was yummy, and they gave more than I could use. A lot of places in Phoenix gave only a little. But Red Ginger let me have enough to splurge on the sauce on each one. I give it a 5* rating. We got take out using doordash, and the food was done quickly and delivered with no problem.
