This time I ordered kids burgers with cheese (upcharge) and the usual toppings, but they arrived as just bread and meat, nothing else, and the smallest burger patty possible on each one (about 1/3rd the size of a regular mcdonald’s burger patty for reference.) It was delicious. There was more than enough to make 5 of them. The plum sauce was yummy, and they gave more than I could use. A lot of places in Phoenix gave only a little. But Red Ginger let me have enough to splurge on the sauce on each one. I give it a 5* rating. We got take out using doordash, and the food was done quickly and delivered with no problem. We had to dig out the sausage from beneath them. But flavor was on point. Funnel fries were funnel fries and cooked as you'd expect and tasty being they're coated in sugar. Garlic knots were on point. 4 stars because outside of the bacon, flavors were on point and delicious. Terrible. Honestly, that aside, the pizza itself was actually terrible. Toppings were not fresh, and sparse at best. I called and spoke to "the manager" and they offered me nothing for their mistake other than to defend that it's not their fault DoorDash doesn't pass through a "scheduled order"... wow. Terrible service. Won't be returning."
