"I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this KFC. I went through the drive-thru on my work break. There were no cars ahead of me, but the employee repeatedly asked what I wanted, then put me on hold three separate times. After waiting about seven minutes, I had to leave because I couldn’t waste more of my break. Still craving KFC, I ordered through DoorDash instead — and that was just as bad. The fries were stiff and cold, the chicken tenders were dry and tasted like they had been sitting out all day, and the biscuit was the only part of the meal worth eating (and even that wasn’t great). Honestly, the best part of my order was the Pepsi. I used my hard-earned money because I didn’t have groceries at home and didn’t have time to cook, but this was an absolute letdown. For such a large, long-standing franchise, the quality should not be this poor. I’ve had KFC in Jamaica that was incredible — so why is there such a stark difference here?
