"Salad is very good and fresh, the Miso dressing is a bit on the salty side, but not terrible. Could maybe use a little sweetness or rice vinegar. Other than that its very tasty salad a d great portion size. Very good value IMO"

"Louisville Chicken Salad is really quite good. Great combination of ingredients that go together nicely. Would order again. Country White is all its claims to be. I grabbed a slice and put some peanut butter on it and took it with me to eat on my way to an appointment. Didn't need anything other than a glass of cold milk, which sadly I did not have. But the bread...can't wait to toast a slice and watch the butter melt into it. The next best thing to Grandma's homemade bread."
