"This is one of four orders I've door-dashed with this store, & I'm not pleased. #1? I can see why orders are always screwed if you order in the evening! This store has a tendency to leave 2 employees (if that) for the late night shifts. (I know this, from going thru their drive-thru about 1-2hrs before close). Usually? It's an overworked elderly lady & that's not right! What's wrong with the 16-to-50yr olds who should be closing the store (vs. the tired 70yr-old)? #2? Something's been missing in each of my past orders. The first two; I didn't mind so much, as it was just sauce (though I did PAY 59¢ +tax for the missing sauce). #3? The chicken is missing batter in large patches; overly greasy & obviously what's been left under a heat lamp towards the end of the shift! It's rarely fresh & usually dry-to-burnt. KFC in CoMo-MO is always on point. The "barely cooked-to-overcooked mess" coming from Mexico-MO's store isn't worth $2; much less $45.00 via DoorDash! Don't order after 5pm; that's my advice. "
