The goat was boneless, but was expecting bone-in goat meat which tastes better. The meat was tender, but missing that savory sauce you get from stewed meat. I had to add salt and a bunch of other condiments, Caribbean hot sauces, in order to make it more palatable. I've had Haitian food many times before and never seen this issue. Spending $30 bucks for this is disappointing to me, and I don't look forward to ordering from here again."
