I opted for the buffalo sauce on the side instead of being tossed, and I'm so glad I did bc the buffalo sauce was not good. It was more like straight tobacco instead of buffalo sauce. I also wish that restaurants which served lots of fried food would follow Chili's lead on packaging take out orders. When you pkg fried food in styrofoam containers and then place it in plastic bags that are tied up, the steam has nowhere to go. You are ensuring that your customers have soggy food by the time it gets to their house. Using cardboard take out containers and paper bags helps the fried food retain its integrity and stay crispy. Needless to say, my food was pretty soggy. The catfish held up pretty well though. I don't think I would ever order from here again, however, it was an enjoyable meal. Just not very memorable ."
