"Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin 黑椒牛柳 - My husband loves this dish and has been looking for a local place that makes it for a couple years. He wishes it was spicier, but next time we're just going to go in person and ask for extra spicy. Pork and Chives (20 Pieces)猪肉饺子 - The gyoza themselves were absolutely amazing. They look and taste homemade unlike a lot of Asian restaurants that I'm pretty sure just order them frozen and steam. My only complaint is the sauce- it was very bitter for gyoza sauce. I'll probably just make my own next time I order. It's not hard- soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, green onion, and chili oil or red pepper flakes. I also do wish I could order less than 20. That's way more than I can eat in one sitting. Yeah, I can reheat them, but leftovers are never as good as fresh."
