When my order arrived, both of the 3-pc tenders I ordered for my kids were missing, so they only had fries and biscuits. Fortunately, I ordered a four-piece meal for myself, so it was enough chicken to share. But then I went to take a sip of my "sweet tea" and I was thoroughly disappointed to find out it was unsweetened tea! What made it all worse was that the restaurant was apparently so backed up that our order arrived almost 20 minutes later than the original estimate. I had pretty good experiences in the drive thru at this location but this was my first---and last---time ordering delivery from there. I can't believe how many things went wrong with my order."

It was actually inedible. The dough was only partially cooked, still raw in many parts of the pizza. The artichokes either had gone bad, or were improperly cooked/prepped because they literally disintegrated the second they touched your tongue. It was like eating artichoke flavored cotton candy-- disgusting. The ham on the pizza was SO salty and overcooked to the point it was borderline burnt. The basil on top was brown. We threw it away, waste of money."
