I ordered two sancocho de gallina, which is supposed to be a traditional Colombian soup with hen, potatoes, corn, plantain, and a rich broth. What I received looked nothing like the pictures they advertise. Instead, they sent a small container mostly full of cooked plantain with broth and almost no meat or proper ingredients. What they show in the photos online is completely different from what they actually send. To make matters worse, when I called and spoke with the manager, the response was very unprofessional. The passion fruit mousse tastes like it’s made from powder juice and jelly, the texture is not moussy, yet firm, and the taste is sour but nothing like passion fruit. The coconut flan tasted like plastic, like it had been sitting on the fridge on a open container and it accumulated the taste of the fridge air. Very sad with this order, it was disastrous. The ham and cheese croquette was good, I would say because the cheese gives that moist necessary and ham’s got natural liquid in it. The shrimp croquette was good, and not as dry, but only 2 small pieces of shrimp on a snack bigger than my fist."
