The chicken was super tender and it filled the void, but I won't order it again. My biggest problem was the fact that it took them over 2 hours to prepare the meal. I felt so bad for my Dasher Jose, who had to wait in the restaurant for well over an hour, that I had to add a couple of dollars to his already generous tip. "The crepe dessert had a weird aftertaste on the top, sort of like it was prepackaged and I was tasting the plastic. Otherwise, it was good. The macaroons (supposed to be called macarons; macaroons are a coconut dessert) were definitely not recommended. Not only did we only receive 3 of them for $5 (the menu did not specify a quantity, flavors, or anything but showed a small pile of them for the image), they weren't very good. The cookie/shell part tasted like a fortune cookie. They were soft and the filling was so-so, but I couldn't get past the taste of the majority of it or the outrageous price. I literally received half the food at a higher price. I wish I could I say this was a one off but every time I go to the one at Rutherford Crossing I'm disappointed. The chai pudding bowl was half full including the toppings. Usually it's full to the top of bowl with half chai pudding and half toppings making the space in the lid necessary. The Cesar wrap had half the chicken and filling (which for me is just Romain lettuce) and the lettuce wasn't as fresh. The smoothie was perfect! Which was was great! I used a coupon and added a bunch of things to it and it was great. I just won't be ordering food from that location any more."

"the presentation/preparation of all the food was 100%. loss of points were only for personal preference. the portions were good for the price, except the mac... if you want to have enough to really enjoy, order two! I would order from there again, but try new items. Shrimp Mac Po boy : the jumbo shrimp used is great for the looks, but I would've prefered chopped blend of shrimp and mac, making it easier to eat with balanced bites. adding a spicy shrimp option would be a nice option. the fries that came with the plate were meh. Fried Shrimp with Hushpuppies were eexactly what I/anyone would expect. Southern Cheesy Mac side was good, but it has a seafood seasoning vibe to it. if that's what youre looking for, great! but i would've preferred a rich/creamy sharp white cheddar mac that would give a break from the main seafood dish. had such a mac been used on the shrimp mac po boy, I would've been in heaven and rated 100%!
