Now, I know that flounder doesn't thaw well from freezing, but this was overcooked gummy. Disappointed. The gumbo, however, is an abomination against God and nature. First, this was not a roux based gumbo. I don't know what it was, but it was terribad. Also, CARROTS DO NOT BELONG IN GUMBO. "I'm sick at home and was hoping for a good bowl of Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup this was a sad attempt at best. It was 99% broth and maybe three noodles and a chunk of carrot. Super disappointed. Wouldn't recommend again."
