Often these are either soggy or over toasted, but on this Benedict, they were just seared on the edges making it easy to cut and eat but still able to retain its structure. My request to skip the bacon, was honored as well. Additionally, I like the thicker cut hash browns as they keep the toasted char and potato flavor well and the small side of fruit was a great touch as well. For a reasonable $25 including taxes and delivery fees, this was absolutely worth it and I will absolutely order from here again, and likely visit the diner in person too."
