Hwe dup bap: Started off okay after mixing everything together, but one piece of fish tasted so especially bad that I had to stop eating. Rice: Undercooked—hard and dry. Sashimi: I didn’t mind the thicker cuts, but not all of the pieces tasted fresh. Overall, photos look quite nice. But the lack of freshness makes it really disappointing for me.
