The National Pike Breakfast is a lot of food for me! I got it with scrambled eggs, an English muffin, and a sausage patty, plus hash browns, in addition to the huge buttermilk pancakes. I still have some leftover for tomorrow morning's breakfast! It was made exactly as I ordered and was excellent.
I also ordered a Personal Pan Pizza with pepperoni and Breaded Mush room for my dinner, and those were equally good. I'm glad I have a little bit leftover for lunch tomorrow, as well.

Their produce vendor needs to step it up. Of course, I'd rather have pink tomatoes than none. We did not get our honey mustard sauce for the chicken fingers. Let me say this about my new favorite thin pizza: I was partly raised by my Nana whose parents & older siblings immigrated from Italy before she was born. Even my great-aunts who married into the family learned the family recipes, so I grew up eating authentic Italian food, including homemade pizza. This thin crust reminded me of the family pizza I grew up on. Pizza sauce should be thick, generous, and a little sweet. The crust is baked to perfection.
