I'm not sure what all the hate about the bbq sauce is, it very clearly says "blackberry-ancho", and while it's different, it tastes incredible with the pork. My girlfriend loved her Fried Chicken Sandwich, it was moist on the inside and crispy on the outside, plus that aioli/sauce was awesome! My only gripe is that my girlfriend's fries were a little soggy, but we also are about 30 minutes away, so whatever, it's to be expected. Maybe try puncturing the boxes so they can vent? TLDR: great sandwhich and the negative reviews about the bbq are from people who either can't read or are too picky to eat out."

I used to work the smoker at a Texas bbq joint and I know that it is an art and a difficult process! The food delivered well (I live nearby), Mac and cheese was stuffed to the brim in the container and was great and not just basic cheese sauce like a lot of other places.
