"All of my previous orders have been perfect. This time not so much. The Mash Potato I paid over $10 for, was barely 2 table spoons. The Chargrilled Steak Sandwich I paid over $30 for, had a thick layer of black rubbery burnt cheese, the bread was soggy & I had to pull the whole thing apart and rebuild it. The Cheese Chips I paid over $20 for were cold & hard. I understand hot food will cool down during the time it takes to be delivered, but the delivery or the Dasher cannot be blamed - I'm 1.8km from the restaurant & I watched the Dasher on the map waiting for my order to be ready & then come directly to me. The food was still enjoyable. But it was really lacking in the care, quality & quantity department & the time needed to bring back up to standard. Especially for the prices they are charging."

"I liked the prawns, the crumbs were a bit hard on the end but I took them out of the crumbs. The chips were a little under cooked but were really nice. They use fresh oil. The fish was a bit chewy. My guess is that the oil was not quite hot enough. Generous sized meal, perfect for one."
