"I also work food service, so I know how it can be. Hopefully, these employees get the training and encouragement they need, because this is unacceptable. I ordered two spicy Italian sandwiches with different toppings and sauces. They made two duplicates, and the sandwiches were simply inedible. The bread was dry as a cracker, there were two spinach leaves apiece, and the meat had the consistency of glue. It wasnt the dasher's fault---Julius was extremely quick with his delivery. This location (Higgins) is so hit or miss---they really need to do some quality control with their employees."
