We were two paying adults, yet the portions we received were shockingly small — more fitting for a toddler’s plate than a full meal. To make matters worse, the quality of the food was unacceptable. The chicken was overcooked and dry, while the pork chops were completely bland, lacking any seasoning or flavor. It honestly tasted like something that had been microwaved and tossed on a plate with no care or attention. We came in expecting a satisfying Latin meal and left feeling completely let down and still hungry. Given the prices, we expected quality and authenticity, but unfortunately, neither was delivered. This experience has left a very bad impression, and I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your food and service moving forward."

"Half my 12. Teriyaki Chicken / 鸡肉串 fell out onto the floor because the bag was wet and the package it was in was wide open on both sides when I pulled it out of the bag, so I had to toss it...a waste of money, but the food was good so more stars. I guess REALLY inspect the packaging before pulling it out. It was squished against the sides to look closed or something idk. If it didn't fit, it should've been put in a different container instead. Fortunately it was only my food and nobody else's that had to get thrown."
