"My wife Denice is not a fan of this spot. Me and my son like the fried snapper. The fish is seasoned and the batter is good, not too salty. We order pretty regularly. My complaint is consistency in the amount of fish. The 12 piece box is 12 pieces every time. The box is never short. The problem is when pieces are mostly small thinner pieces and not a mix with thicker pieces. My kid may say, "Dad, we didn't get any love today." This is the only corn meal fried fish that delivers unless I go into Los Angeles."

"Collard greens were unseasoned. The liquid with the greens was clear. The green beans are canned with canned potato. The potatoes were opaque with doughy type texture that is canned potatoes. The peach cobbler was not good. The crust was squares of sweetened Bisquick with an odd taste added to the peaches. The peaches and juice was sweet but missing butter and real vanilla. The tartar sauce is bland. All the sides lacked any depth of flavor. The snapper is seasoned well, not too salted. Some of the pieces are cut so thin after frying becomes like a cracker that can be crumbled no longer appearing to be fish. Sides cannot be ordered on the dinner menu but both lunch and dinner are sold from open to close. The 12 piece snapper box at lunch is $25 but $30 at dinner. The thin pieces of fish is in no way worth $30. The tartar sauce is bland. The food was disappointing and expensive. We will not order again."

"Meaty cuts of half roast duck, juicy not dry. Flavor was alright, aroma of the usual roasted duck was mild (i.e. five spices, star anise). I would have enjoyed it more if it was more savory & aromatic. Not salty if you eat it without rice or bread. Pretty good. My father enjoyed roasted duck here & says he usually gets sick of it after some pieces, but this place is solid. I think I will return for more in the future be I liked the meaty cuts here. "

"good quality food here. its always freshly made. portions are a bit small when it comes to the fries. also the brisket sandwich and pastrami sandwhich and the lobster po boy are pretty light as well. not much meat if you know what i mean. great taste though. their burgers are nice and thick and very filling and taste great. chicken tenders are also decent portion. taste pretty good. fries are not crispy maybe because i didnt order them at the store but if you doordash this. be prepared for soggy fries. the potato wedges are nothing special. no special seasoning. no crispyness. pretty plain. the burger/sandwhiches/tenders taste better with fries imo instead of these wedges."

"It was my first time ordering from here and I was pleasantly surprised! The Ginger Fish was absolutely fresh and so tasty! I love that they kept the sauce separate from the fish so it stayed crispy. The Steamed vegetables was perfect, crisp yet soft enough that the little one enjoyed his veggies. The brown rice is that super amazing wild rice. The little one at first said no I dont like that rice its too tough, but once he took a bite he said wow its so good! Those other people dont know how to cook it! And the best of all was dessert.. "The best Thai food I've had in a while. The Pineapple Fried rice was some of the best ive had. The Green Bean Garlic had great flavor. My Coconut Shrimp were on point. My Tom ka soup was also great but didnt have any tomatoes but it wasnt a deal breaker. The eggrollls and crab rangoons were alright but the star of the show for me was that fried Orange Tofu! It had the perfect amountif crisp from frying and the orange sauce flavor was amazing. They can teach other restaurants how to make tofu taste good. "
