Really disappointed with food as we are a big fan of A2b for North Indian cuisine inspite of its each of dishes being more expensive then other local restaurants, we never experienced quality being compromised.

"Our food was absolutely delicious. We've dined at Ora Kitchen twice since they opened, but last night we were too tired to go out. When I saw they were available on DoorDash, my husband and I ordered immediately.
As expected, everything was fantastic. The portions are generous, the ingredients are fresh, and you can truly taste the quality. We started with the Kheema Samosas, which were perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. For our entrees, my husband's Chicken Tikka Masala was exactly to his liking, and my Chicken Tikka Saag was incredible.
We always order two servings of Garlic Naan and still have to stop ourselves from eating it all in one sitting!
We're so excited that Ora now delivers. They've quickly become one of our go-to restaurants. Since opening, we've been visiting about once a week to work our way through the menu, and now we can enjoy their amazing food at home when we don't feel like going out. Highly recommend!"

"The food was excellent. Arrived hot. Heat level was good. The vegetable Jal Frazie is delicious and loaded with fresh vegetables. The Malai Kofta was excellent. We enjoyed the naan and garlic naan but it wasn't all that hot when it arrived, still very tasty. I imagine it would be very hard to keep the naan hot.
The delivery was also MUCH faster than anticipated.

"Ugh, the new owners changed my favorite Indian place. It’s more expensive, which I could deal with if the food was the same. The chicken tikka masala is completely changed. The chicken is dry and not juicy. The rice portion is much smaller and it’s not as flavorful and fragrant. Also, they didn’t include a little side of rice pudding like they used to. The chaat was excellent. The chicken biryani was well-flavored, with a very generous amount of chicken, but the chicken had a strong flavor, even with all the spices. It was all dark meat, so you expect a strong flavor. This just seemed quite pronounced to us. We picked it out and just ate the rice. I wouldn't order that dish again, but I'd try other menu items based on the good overall flavor."

"The Lamb Makhani (Butter Lamb) is astounding. The lamb is super tender and every bite is just a flavor bomb in your mouth. I also love that you can personalize the spice level, as I prefer it spicy and most places don't offer the choice when ordering online. Also love that when my food arrived (it was far so took a good chunk of time) it was piping hot! I will definitely order again."
"The Chicken Tikka Masala was awful, it was watered down as if they accidentally poured a lot of water into the dish. The sauce was extremely thin and flavorless, the chicken was dry. I tried my best but it was just pointless to chew on tough and tasteless food, I threw it in the trash sadly. Never in my life did I think I would say Indian food had No flavor, so disappointed in Begum.
The dish did not come with rice, I had to order it separately, which is normally not a problem, but the other two dishes ordered came with rice and the rice portion with those was twice the size of the tiny $7 side of rice!
The second worst dish was the Shrimp Coconut. This dish was also very thin / watered down. We did not have to throw this one away, but better quality was still expected.
I ordered from Begum years ago when a friend lived in Chatham, it was so very good. The sauces I remember were rich and flavorful, the meat was never tough.
After this experience, I can't trust to order from here again :/"
