This location is so wonderful when it comes to communication and I love that about them! And historically they dont have that problem- unless a dasher knocks the bag over. TRUST this location. Theres always risk with health conditions and take out but at this location i know what i tolerate, what I'm signing up for when i order each item, that i will likely be contacted or offered actual note if something is unavailable (vs being subbed an unidentified item) and that it will be packaged safely! Such a RELIEF after being served 2 drinks at the other location that were not what i ordered nor identifiable from the other local tuesday night! "I ordered the Three Meat Platter and it did not disappoint! It's a bit of a dice roll with barbecue orders. Thankfully, the burnt ends, chicken wings and pit ham were INCREDIBLE!! So were the bro and mac and cheese sides!"

"Pulled Pork and Brisket was a good portion which sort of makes up for it being bland and half fat. Mac and Cheese is tasty, thick and creamy. Potato salad and coleslaw are average but good. Chili Cheese Tots are very good and worth the price as it is a nice big shareable portion."

"The menu descriptions should have a little more information. Maybe I should've known better but the Italian steak and cheese came with spaghetti sauce on it and I was not expecting that. The cheeseburger sub had no cheese. I guess we didn't select a type of cheese and so they just left it off. also, the Italian steak and cheese had green peppers on it, which I did not ask for I just asked for steak, provolone and grilled onion. The sub rolls are too soft and mushy. I was expecting nice firm Italian or French style bread. The onion rings were delicious though, even better than I expected. We've enjoyed the dinners that we've purchased here in the past, but the sandwiches fell short of our expectations overall. "
