"My gosh, but Bob Evans has great breakfast items! Brother LOVED the Three Meat & Cheese Omelet! Lots of protein, and not a lot of carbs helps him keep his blood sugar stable. He got the loaded hash browns, too, and they were certainly LOADED with proteins as well (pilled high with bacon and cheese!) The store is a bit far from us, so his meal wasn't quite hot enough, but 1/2 a minute in the microwave was sufficient, and the Dasher was prompt - it was simply the distance. The Double Blueberry Hotcakes were AWESOME! very cake like, and had a very generous portion of blueberry sauce. 4 cakes were actually a bit much. Think I'll go for a 1/2 stack next time.
