If I see a quarter of a plate filled with home fries, then I expect that same consistency instead of a handful. An actual handful of home fries , along with the lack of seasonings or anything. No salt or pepper packets or ketchup? You'd be better off ordering takeout from sunset because at least they give you seasoning to put on your food instead of eating unseasoned food.
