The grilled chicken was very sparse and the outside tasted very tough and hard to chew, definitely frozen rather than fresh. Salad greens were the trash like u buy in the salad kit bags at the grocery store. Croutons were stale. I was extremely underwhelmed and disappointed as these salads were over $20 each. I would never order them again.
The fries were cold but were actually the best part of the meal (after being reheated in the air fryer). I was also disappointed that Red Robin did not make any attempt to seal the bag so there was no way to ensure it was not tampered with."
