Perfect sandwich size, perfect filling amount and options, and the bread has the perfect crisp to it. The bubble tea options are also amazing to have on the side of your banh mih sandwich. My favorite is the Fruits Drink which has actual chunks of fruit in it and I can't seem to find this type of bubble tea anywhere else. I also pair it with the amazingly tasty Banh Mi Curry Chicken which I also can't seem to find anywhere else. This biscuit is outrageous. Crispy, tender, buttery so so good. At first I thought the pickles were too cucumber-y but the second the jalepeno aioli kicked in its a killer balance letting the spice shine and the pickle brine add all the right tangyness.
