"Bigby is awesome!!!! I ordered a coldbrew and put in the notes that I would like oat milk if it came with milk. I also got a bagel for my girlfriend. One of the employees wrote a very sweet note explaining that the cold brew itself doesn't have dairy. They even left the cream cheese off the bagel (but included it in the bag with a little plastic knife) in case we couldnt have it! Above and beyond and so sweet! Also the coffee was incredible and the bagel was very fresh! "
