Reason I rated this Lansing store a 5 is it's one of the few remaining Original Hooters that are franchised and not part of the Hooters of America corporate locations. Corporate Hooters are running their store locations to the ground because they eliminate a lot of fan favorites like New England Clam Chowder and quesadillas as well as 911 and mango habanero sauces. "The New Cantina menu, unfortunately falls very flat. No taste and no flavor on any of the 3 different New Cantina items I purchased. They were also extremely overpriced and undersized, especially the $8+ burrito which is very small in comparison to some of Taco Bell's other burritos. I took advantage of the $5 off if ordering $20 worth of New Cantina items, but it still wasn't even worth it. The only thing that saved my purchase, was that I ordered some of my familiar longstanding items off the regular menu in case the New Cantina items disappointed. So I'm glad I had that foresight. 1 out of 5 stars for the New Cantina items. Taco Bell's regular menu and this store location are great otherwise. Stick with your regular favorite items."

They were flat like they cut them in half... they were also a little tough... idk if they were cooked long enough. And prefer a thicker gravy to come with my oxtails so I wasnt necessarily excited with the thin juices. There was also thyme added and wasn't a big fan of that flavor w oxtails.
